Malibu Revival Tiles
The Malibu Classics collection is comprised of authentic reproductions of the original 1920s Malibu Potteries designs. Our factory is located in the town of Topanga , in the hills above the location of the original Malibu Potteries factory and the historic Adamson House. Here we reproduce patterns, colors, finishes and shapes using the original glaze recipes and designs. We offer over 80, matte, glossy and custom glazes.
During the 1920s and 30s, Spanish Colonial Revival was one of the most popular architectural styles in the Southwest. Colorful ceramic tile as well as clay tile roofs, roughly plastered walls, arched doorways, and wrought iron window grilles create some of the key elements of this style. The lavish use of exquisite ceramic tile, produced by Malibu Potteries is a hallmark of Spanish Colonial Revival architecture.
All of the tiles are custom made to order and pricing is based on the design, size and number of colors in each tile.
